Seems Bionics, Inc. (CEO Yim Shin-gyo) and its slightly acidic hypochlorous acid water generator ‘Vi-trap’ killed 99.99% of a COVID-19 sample within 30 seconds.The company, a specialized electrolyzed water maker located in Deltaplex, Suwon, said that it confirmed that 99.99% of the COVID-19 virus died within 30 seconds during an experiment conducted in a BSL_3 sealed laboratory.

The company has been exporting its Vi-trap to Japan since 2017, since its development during joint research with the Graduate School of Pharmacy at the Graduate School of Tokyo, and has earned accolades for its outstanding technology and abundant manufacturing experience, including 17 patents related to electrolyzed water alone.Vi-trap products scheduled to be marketed this month have also secured safety data related to the death of 99.99% of COVID-19, skin irritation and skin corrosion tests, and acute oral toxicity tests.

In this regard, on June 3, a formal test report (KR-2004-006-SBN02) regarding COVID-19 was issued by KRT Biotech (BLS3 No. KCDC-09-3-01).

Furthermore, hypochlorous acid water (HOCl) is a substance approved by the US FDA and the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare as a food additive and safe disinfectant, and it has high sterilizing power against various pathogenic bacteria and viruses. It is a substance that is more effective than rubbing alcohol (70%) and has 80-100 times stronger sterilizing power than sodium hypochlorite (bleach). Its safety has been proven through numerous experiments and clinical trials.

Seems Bionics provided two tons of non-acidic hypochlorous acid water to the city of Daegu, which has had an especially difficult time due to COVID-19, and this donation was part of a total donation package worth 10 million Korea won. In addition, a business agreement was recently signed with the Daegu Samsung Lions Park to install and operate a low-acid hypochlorous acid water generator and related facilities.
